When our doors open, visitors will step into a transformative space where art, technology, and nature come together to celebrate the power of water. This article takes you inside the types of exhibits and experiences we are preparing to bring to Saskatoon.
From live exhibits to immersive projections, from glowing jellyfish to freshwater ecosystems, the Centre will offer unforgettable encounters for families, students, and visitors of all ages.

Live Exhibits That Bring Water to Life
Our live exhibits will showcase the incredible diversity of freshwater ecosystems. Visitors will be able to observe real plants and aquatic species up close, learning how they interact, adapt, and survive.
These displays will highlight:
freshwater fish from Canadian lakes and rivers
aquatic plants and micro-habitats
fascinating species with unique adaptations
the interconnected systems of water, soil, and climate
Each live exhibit will be designed with education and conservation in mind, helping visitors understand why freshwater protection matters.

plant roots and aquatic vegetation
water flow demonstrations
These stations encourage curiosity, sensory learning, and respectful interaction, helping visitors connect physically with Saskatchewan’s freshwater environments.
